Welcome to Green Paradise, Trimbak. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation or using our facilities.

Outside food is not allowed.
Resort is not liable for injury caused due to an accident on the premises.
Any kind of narcotic substance or Hukkah or drugs etc. is strictly prohibited on property. If found in possession, information will be sent to the police station.

1. Reservation and Payment:

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Additional charges for services, amenities, or damages may apply.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

There will be no refund, for cancellation of stay (before or after check-in) OR reducing the number of days actually booked for.
Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available only subject to availability (If room available)and if available then additional charges may apply.

4. Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Green Paradise property during their stay.
Guests must adhere to the Green Paradise policies, including noise regulations, and show respect to other guests.

5. Privacy Policy:

Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Timing of Services:

Children’s pool timing 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ,Swimming costume is compulsory to enter the pool, Kindly take shower before entering the pool It is for the safety of you as well as all other guests.
Kids Playing Area timing 7:00 am to 7:00 pm , It is responsibility of parents to watch over the kids while playing.
Restaurant timing 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Outside food is strictly prohibited.

6. Facilities and Services:

Some facilities and services may be subject to seasonal availability or maintenance.
The Green Paradise reserves the right to alter or withdraw any amenities without prior notice.

7. Force Majeure:

The Green Paradise is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws, Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashik

9. Changes to Terms:

Green Paradise reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests are encouraged to review them periodically.
